Marketplace for refurbished products
Ricondizionato.it is the first true marketplace open to all types of refurbished products. The project aims to provide end customers (B2C) with a wide range of products divided into easily identifiable categories from an ever-growing number of certified sellers of refurbished products.
The catalogue is a Master Product controlled by the marketplace and allows sellers to easily and quickly add their products using various import, integration and wizard tools, without having to create a product sheet.
The seller onboarding system and the review, feedback and help desk tools ensure that the marketplace maintains the highest quality standards for sellers.
The Marketplace integrates a Help Desk system (also for sellers) to offer assistance with repairs, information on orders and pre-orders, all tracked and secured by Amazon AWS® systems.
